Fees: Please call me to discuss my fee for services provided. I accept insurance as an out-of-network provider. This means that you pay me directly and I provide you with a weekly or monthly statement that you submit to your insurance company. They can then reimburse you for services rendered. There are specific clinical and ethical reasons I chose to deal with insurance companies in this manner. Please call me and I will be happy to explain the details to you so that you can make a well-informed decision about using your insurance for therapy. Location: San Francisco Office: Address: 999 Sutter at Hyde Street, which is located in the lower Nob Hill district of San Francisco near St. Francis Hospital. Public Transportation: The Muni bus lines 2, 3, 4, 19, 38, and 49 run nearby or stop on Hyde Street. You can also take BART to the Powell Street Station, which is located at the corner of Powell and Market. From Market Street, walk a few blocks up Powell Street to Sutter Street. You will pass Union Square on your right side. Turn left on Sutter Street and walk about 5 blocks up to Hyde Street. It is about one-half mile to my office. Parking: If you drive, there is metered and non-metered parking around the area that turns over quite often. There are also two nearby paid parking options. One is a parking garage that is located a few blocks down the street on Sutter, between Leavenworth and Jones Streets.
